Need to re-order your pet’s medication?

Please use this form to request a repeat prescription or ongoing medication for your pet. We will let you know when the script or medication is ready for collection so you can drop in to pay & collect at a time that suits your schedule.

Please note that under ACT Legislation, a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship must be in place in order for our vets to prescribe prescription medications. To maintain this relationship, our hospital requires animals to be examined by one of our veterinarians at least every 6 months to continue dispensing ongoing medication. We are unable to provide medication to non-clients. Please contact the hospital if you are unsure or require further information.

Orders are usually ready within 1 business day. For same day collection, please contact the clinic staff directly over the phone instead of using this form.
